In what level of quality are you positioning your products?
Our products refer to an “A grade” quality, we have a technical team which select the blocks directly from the carrier, then the stones are cut with a high tech equipment and then after the production process the final products are subject to a rigorous control before the delivery.
What are the available sizes for Natural Stones?
We have all the standard sizes (4”/4”, 6”/6”, 8”/8”, 10”/10”, 12”/12”, 16”/16”, 18”/18”, 24”/24”), and our company has the particular strength to be able to cut in any other size according to our customers.
How can I get samples?
We can provide you samples directly when you will come to visit our showroom. Or you can receive them via mail, only by ordering them to one of our operators.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order depends of the kind of Natural Stone you would like to purchase and the available stocks. In fact our prices are very competitive because we are working on quality and volume. So the minimum order will be between 2500 and 3000 sft.
Again in some products we can work for smaller quantities.
How much does a container hold?
Here in USA the container has a limit weight. It refers to 39500 pounds which almost represent 3500 sft. But this can change because of the size and the thickness you chose for your tiles.
Who can buy from FindYourStone Company?
Anybody meeting the minimum order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Wire transfer, Credit letter, Certified Bank checks.
To deserve you as best, the policy of our company refers to a 45% (of the invoice amount) down payment.
What is your delivery time?
It depends of the quantity you will order and the available stocks, but our approximated date is between 20 to 40 days considering the different kinds of stones.
How much breakage should I expect with an order?
The pallets that we delivered are carefully maid in our factories. They are not over filled and that why breakage does not occur often.
But unfortunately despite of our precaution and efforts, we need to plan 2 or 3% of the tiles broken at the arrival.
How are delivery made?
The products will be delivered on pallet in a truck equipped with a lift-gate. The pallets will be lowered in the ground and pull onto the place you want. The delivery will be considered finished when everything is lowered and organize on the ground.
Have you got installer service?
We have not got such a service in our company, but we are jointed to the best installers companies which will be proud to recommend you.

Where cement tiles can be used?
Cement tiles can be used inside and outside because of their hard wearing to water and sun.
In fact you can used them on a driveway or on the wall of outside. Nowdays the tendancy is to used them in the kitchens and in the bathrooms, by mixing many colors and design.
Where terra cotta can be used?
It is used inside and outside, on the walls and floors. Its special color give more life to your area and project a Provencal and Oriental feeling.
How do you sell handmade Mosaic?
Mosaic can be sell in many ways. it depend of what design and result you are looking for. In fact we can cut the Mosaic in different forms and sell it by pieces, and your laying company will install it by reproducing the design.
Another way and it is more frequent in our business, our specialized team abroad sticks each pieces on cement board, after that this last is perfectly ready to lay on the floor or on the wall.
Are those products hard wearing?
Yes. if I have to advice someone, i will definetly prefer that kind of products for their hard wearing. |
